Updated information concerning registration for the 2020-2021 School Year.

Theodore High School Registration Information

School starts on September 1st. Please make sure to complete your online registration at mcpss.com.

Students NEW to Theodore High School will need to provide proofs of residence, parent/guardian ID, and last report card. {This includes all incoming freshmen and any students who did not finish the 2019 school year at Theodore High School.

If you have had a Change of Addressyou will need to provide two new proofs of residence.

If there has been a Change of Custodian/Guardian, you (custodian/guardian) must send in a valid ID and legal documentation noting the change(s).

Incoming 9th-grade students must provide all of the following:

  • report card indicating their promotion to the 9th grade or proof that summer school was completed
  • two proofs of residence
  • parent/guardian ID.

 

Submitting Proofs of Residence - There are two ways you can submit your proofs of residence to the school this year:

  • Email your proofs of residence to: avickers@mcpss.com.
    • Be sure to type the following in the subject line of your email: Student's First and Last Name - Proof of Residence.
  • Fax your proofs of residence to: (251) 221-3359
    • Be sure to note your child's first and last name on your fax.

If you have any questions about registration or need any assistance during the registration process, please email Mrs. Vickers at avickers@mcpss.com. Please keep in mind that due to COVID-19, we are not working regular business hours and will respond to you as soon as possible.

 

Registration Fee

The school registration fee for the 2020-2021 school year is $25.00

This is a one-time only price reduction due to COVID-19.

Please note that Mobile County Public Schools are closed to the public at this time.

Proof of Residence Information

If you updated address, custody, social restriction, or chronic ailment information, you can email or fax that those documents to the school to complete this update. Please send in the following items:

  • Two (2) proofs of residence. (See table below for acceptable items)
  • Court order documentation
  • Physician's Order
  • Chronic Ailment Statement

Proofs of Residency must be a current bill.

You may cover all dollar amounts on your bills before showing your proofs.

*If you meet the Federal definition for Homelessness and/or do not have your own Proofs of Residence, you will be required to meet with Student Services Authorized Personnel.*
